CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To provide the best possible service to all clients, the following cancellation and rescheduling guidelines apply: ⏰ Appointment Changes Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Changes made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee. 💳 Late Cancellations Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service price. Same‑day cancellations may be charged 100% of the service price, depending on the circumstances. 🚫 No‑Show Policy A “no‑show” (missing an appointment without notice) will be charged 100% of the service price. After two no‑shows, future bookings may require prepayment. ⏱️ Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. The full session fee will still apply. 🤒 Illness & Emergencies If you are feeling unwell, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that emergencies happen and will handle these situations with care and discretion. 💼 Therapist Cancellations In the rare event that the therapist must cancel or reschedule, clients will be notified promptly and offered the next available appointment.
